Well, then.  As you all know, Helena and Jennifer's fighting left a lot of physical and mental damage in their wake.  As for Alejandro, it seems that although his plans didn't work, he didn't get caught.  Or did he?

Anyway, here's Part 10!

Meanwhile, upon learning that a fight was breaking out and that he was going to get caught, Alejandro was about to run home when...

Wesley trips him before he even realized it!

Alejandro (outraged) Wesley?! Why you...
Wesley GOTCHA!!!

Rose So, Ex Man, you think I wouldn't know that you were planning to double-cross two girls, did you?!
Alejandro Wait! I only wanted a threesome! A threesome!
Rose You're such a lech! If you want a threesome, you might as well mingle with a bull and a rhino!

Rose (angrily) And you know what?! You'll be nothing more than a sleazy, pig-headed womanizer! And nothing more!
Alejandro Does she mean it?
Wesley (cheerfully) Every word!

 Rose As a matter in fact, forget reconciliation! We're definitely never getting back together! Okay?! Never!

Alejandro Whatever you said, babe! But one day, you will come crawling back to me!
Rose Hah! When pigs fly, Alejandro!

Meanwhile, after another half-hour of confrontation, security finally arrives and it was time to end the fight between Helena and Jennifer. So two of their strongest men enter the building to stop the medley, and the first woman out was...

Jennifer!

Jennifer (yelling) Idiot! Let go of me! I'm not done! She attacked me first!

Soon after, the other man carries Helena out!

Helena (screaming) Let go of me, you stupid ogre! LET GO! I'M NOT FINISHED YET! JENNIFER IS TOAST!! YOU HEAR ME?! TOAST!

Samantha At least he won't be slammed with a hefty lawsuit!

And so, for property damage and such, Helena and Jennifer were arrested! But at least the feud at the Dining House finally came to an end!

However...

Alejandro's emotional damage to Rose was already done, but at least Wesley's there for her!

And Duncan and Emily survey how much damage the Dining House took!

 The dinnerware on the Heart Table is on the floor...

The table is broke (Don't worry.  It's fixable.  :) )

 More dinnerware is on the floor...

 The Small Heart Table is knocked aside...

 And the CD stand is accidentally knocked backwards!

 Marshall talks to Samantha about the damage and the crime that caused it.

 Meanwhile, Tiffany is shown crying in Garth's arms.

Tiffany And then my beautiful dress was ruined!
Garth Don't worry, Tiff! I'm here!
Tiffany Thank you!

 Vince finds Tiffany in the arms of another man and isn't too happy about it.

Vince (to himself) I'm still not giving up! I'll ask her out once more, and then I will.

Mario tells Hannah the bad news about Helena.

Mario And then your sister got arrested along with Jen for property damage and disturbing the peace!

 And no one was to happy to hear about what happened at the Dining House.

Jason tells the mayor...And he wasn't too happy about it, either.

Rose tells Misty about Alejandro's deeds.  And Misty was shocked, too!

After finding Vince, thinking that he was crying after his disastrous date with Tiffany, goes to comfort him. But Vince tells her he's fine and won't give up unless he has to.

As the women await their sentence after being found guilty of property damage, Stephen gives Helena a notice that she's been served with three separate lawsuits:

One from Duncan
Another from Tiffany (for her dress)
And another from the Dining House!
And Helena was too happy about that!
Jennifer was served with two lawsuits, too! But at least Duncan decided not to use one on her!

As it turns out, to avoid jail time, each woman is supposed to fix the Dining House back in working order and pay a $25,000 fine or spend a full year in jail.
Also, the women each put up a year-long restraining order, just so that none of their recent actions never happen again.
But only one woman will end up doing the right thing while the other decides not to do it because of the restraining order. And you won't believe which girl ends up with jail time!
