When Rivals Go Too Far Part 1

This is it, folks!  The wait is finally over!  The storyline you've all been waiting for...This could decide the fate of two relationships!

The storyline takes place from before Thanksgiving to the week before Valentine's Day!

Anyway, let the games begin!

But before the whole thing went down those days...

 Three months ago, the confrontation of who was well dressed happened during an anniversary party between Jennifer Giles and her arch nemesis, Helena Parker.

 It didn't go so well.

 But someone was upset at their outdated clothes!

 At least there were those who were.

Three months later...

 A new guy, Alejandro Quarleno, decided to flirt with Jennifer and talk to her about her husband, Scott.

So Jen decided to put up with his whining over women and listen. What she hears doesn't sound realistic.

And it looks like Scott's not too happy about someone flirting with his wife!  And it looks like he's probably going it do something about it!

Alejandro "You know, you should leave that disgusting husband of yours. He's no better man than I am."
Jennifer "Oh really? And you're the better man?"
Alejandro (laughing) "Of course I am! Who better to please you more than me?"
Scott "Please who?"

Alejandro "What are you doing here? I thought you were working!"
Scott "Just seeing what you and my wife are talking about, because I'm about to wring your girly-man neck out of my sight. Maybe shave off all your ugly head to prove what a flake you really are!"

Alejandro (angrily) "My hair? My hair? Yours is just as ugly as mine! Just as ugly as your hippy, out-dated clothes!"
Scott (angrily back) "At least my clothes don't make me look like a girl, you idiot! Because they do! And it's no wonder Rose dumped your sorry a**! And I bet she's probably wondering why you whined your ex-modeling butt back here!"
Alejandro "Leave my beautiful ex out of this! And for the record, I'm not whining! And for that, I can't believe your poor wife married a hippy like you! In fact I don't think you're good enough for her!"

Scott (infuriated) "Good enough? Good enough?! Listen here, Girly-Man, you're the one who's not good enough for my wife! And you know what? She's not a good enough woman, either!"
Alejandro "About me not being good enough, take that back! I am good enough! Unlike you!"
Scott "Why you little..."
They begin to fight.
Jennifer "I can't believe this."

 Upon overhearing what's going on, Davis and Duncan head out to see what was up. And what they found wasn't pleasant.

Davis "Where were you guys? I thought you were all working!"
Duncan "And what's up anyway? You three don't look very happy to see us."
Jennifer "They were fighting over me!"
Scott and Alejandro (outraged) "NO WE WEREN'T YOU LIAR!"
Jennifer (tearing up) "Yes you were!"
Duncan "To be pretty honest, I think you guys were fighting over both."

Davis (to Jennifer, Alejandro, and Scott) "Well, I don't know what to believe or anything, but since you three didn't come back to work after your ten minute break, you're all fired! And it looks like you're going to have to find new jobs to pay for your bickering! Now stop fighting and get lost! If I find you guys arguing towards my business again, I'll call the cops!"

 Duncan "Ummm...Davis?"
Davis (sighs) "Yes, Duncan?"
Duncan "I hate to tell you this, but since you have to lay some people off, I'm going to quit. And I hope you get ahead without me."
Davis "Are you sure, friend?"
Duncan "Yeah."
Davis (shaking Duncan's hand) "Well, good luck! I'm sure you'll get ahead, too!"
Duncan "Thanks, man. I really appreciate it."
Davis "You're welcome. And you're also welcome to visit anytime!"
Duncan "Really? Gee...Thanks!"

Scott (leaning up to Jennifer) "You know what, Wifey?
Jennifer "No. What?"
Scott "Since it's too expensive to get a divorce, I'm leaving you. And hopefully, if we get enough money, we'll actually get one, and maybe you won't get a single penny by the time it's done."
Jennifer (infuriated) "Well...FINE! Now get lost!"

 Upset over what's going on with her husband, Jennifer comes to Duncan for a favor.

Jennifer "Duncan, I need you to help me stop my husband from leaving town."
Duncan "Why?"
Jennifer "To prove that he needs me and can't live without me. Look, I'll pay you five grand to do whatever it takes to make sure he doesn't succeed."
Duncan "Double it. And if it's a favor, I want to do it my way. And I'm only doing this one time. Otherwise, deal's off and you can find someone else."
Jennifer "Fine. I'll pay half of the money in advance. And then the other half when the job's done."
Duncan "Okay then. It's your marriage. I don't want to get involved any more than I have to."

 Helena decided to take a quick break from work to talk to Scott about his marriage. And what she hears perked her interest in taking her rival down.

Scott "What do you want?"
Helena "I want to help you leave your marriage in the dust. And I'm just the person to help you succeed!"
Scott "Why? You hate my wife! And besides, you don't want her happy any more than I do."
Helena "Because you know she doesn't deserve you. And besides, I want to help you escape from that wife of yours. Besides, she doesn't deserve happiness like you do! You should let me help you leave this town. It's the only way for her to be miserable."

 Scott begins to think about it. And after many years of looking at his wedding picture and thinking "This isn't the woman I married anymore.", he made his decision.

Scott "Fine, I'll accept your offer. But you do know that I'm not paying you, right? This is for your benefit, too, since you hate my wife."
Helena (outraged) "But...well...fine! I'll do it. Since I want your wife to be more miserable as ever before, I want to be sure this is right for the both of us."
Scott "Then meet me tonight when Clarette and her boyfriend leave for the airport. Don't be late!"

Before leaving for home Jennifer finds out that Helena has taken a break from work to coax Scott into letting her help him leave town. However, Jen's not too happy about it.

Jennifer (to herself) "So...Helena plans on taking Hubby out of town, huh? Well...she won't succeed. Not while I have an extra ace up my sleeve. And when it's epic fail, I'll be the one to have the last laugh! But just in case, I better stick around to see what else Little Miss Misery has up her sleeve!"

 Remember the time that Alejandro flirted with Jennifer and made Scott want to leave her and skip town?

Well...That was all part of Helena's plan of action to make Jennifer eternally miserable once and for all!

Alejandro shows up shortly after Scott leaves.

Alejandro "Well...How did it go?"
Helena "Pretty well, of course. And great job on the acting. You should've seen the look on her face when Scott dropped the bombshell."
Alejandro "I was there...by the way. Anyway, what's going to happen next?"
Helena "The final act of Blondie Bimbo's Marriage: The Hubby leaves the Wifey!"
Alejandro "Sounds pretty cheesy...I like it."

 Infuriated, Jennifer looks on to find out that Alejandro was in on her enemy's plot all along!

Jennifer (to herself) "So Alejandro was in on this all along! Well...They absolutely won't get away with it! Not while I'm around! And when I find out what's really going on, her boy-toy's going to flip and run crying to his other woman!"

And so, Alejandro and Helena continue their chat

Alejandro "So anyway...Where's my payment?"
Helena "What payment?"
Alejandro "You know...My kiss?"

Helena sighs to herself.

Helena "Fine. But not a long one. Besides, I don't want anyone knowing about it! Not even Mario!"
Alejandro "Who's Mario?"
Helena "My boyfriend, Genius! And if word gets out about this, you'll regret it!"
Alejandro "Suits me just fine. Now...How about my kiss?"
Helena "Okay...fine. But just so you know, you're not allowed to enjoy this."
Alejandro "Maybe I will. Or better yet maybe I won't."

 Jennifer looks on with a slight grin on her face as Helena and Alejandro kissed. What better way to ruin Helena's relationship with Mario than to tell him that she kissed another guy! Vengeance must really be sweet!

Jennifer (to herself) "Time for Operation: Helena's Road to Ruin! And when Mario hears this, he's gonna freak!"

Jennifer decides to have a talk with Mario over Helena's deeds! And Mario wasn't prepared for what she had to say.

After a few words with Mario, he was shocked!

Mario (crying) "How could Helena do this to me? After all we've been through!"
Jennifer "I know, right? Besides, you're cheating on her too! So if I were you, I'd dump her before it's too late!"
Mario "Maybe I should! Besides, if there's one thing I can't stand in the world, it's women cheating on me! Don't worry, give me time to plan a way to tell her that it's over! Okay?"
Jennifer "Fine. But I'm just looking out for you and don't want to see you hurt, okay? Because we shouldn't ever trust her again, right?"
Mario (sniffed) "Right!"

Anyway, it was in their happier times two years ago.  But that's all about to change once Scott decides to skip town.  But if he succeeds, what will become of Jennifer?
